The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Shipping & Delivery
Sugar Girl's Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. An email confirmation of order and tracking number will be provided when your order ships.
Sugar Girl's Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
We offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with NO exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We are pleased to offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for damaged items reported within 2 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. Contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returned material authorization (RMA) and shipping label. Sugar Girl's Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return reported after 2nd day.
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 pm CST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 pm CST will be processed on the following Monday.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
